House of Pain ist eine US-amerikanische Hip-Hop-Band. Sie wurde 1991 gegründet und bestand aus den beiden MCs Daniel O'Connor (Danny Boy) und Erik Schrody (Everlast) sowie dem DJ Leor DiMant (DJ Lethal).
Everlast bekam dank seiner guten Beziehungen zu Ice-T und seinem Rhyme Syndicate bereits 1990 einen Solo-Plattenvertrag - sein Album Forever Everlasting floppte jedoch gnadenlos. Er kündigte 1991 und gründete mit seinem Highschool-Freund Danny und Leor, den er zu Rhyme Syndicate-Zeiten kennengelernt hatte, House of Pain. Durch den Kontakt zu Cypress Hills DJ Muggs, der ihr Debütalbum produzierte, kam die Band schnell zu einem Plattenvertrag.

TOTALFAT is melodic punk band formed in 1999 from Hachioji. TOTALFAT consisted of vocalist/guitarist Jose (ホセ), vocalist/bassist Shun, guitarist Kuboty, and drummer Bunta.
TOTALFAT started out playing NOFX songs in 2000. Their shows were mainly songs of TEN FOOT POLE, MILLENCOLIN and SLICK SHOES.
In 2003, TOTALFAT released their 1st album entitled 'End of Introduction', from a Japanese independent label named CATCH ALL RECORDS. They embarked on a CD release Japan tour which included 41 shows. The first album sold about 3,500 copies.

Band Of Pain was started in 1994 as a side project of Splintered, the band Steve Pittis was part of. After several vinyl and CD releases and two John Peel sessions, Steve felt, it was time to break away. Before long, Band Of Pain became his main concern and Splinterd split at the end of 1996. Since then Band Of Pain has released numerous records and CDs. The most recent of these is the CD "Que Amiga?".
