Itay Steinberg, better known as Hydroid, was born on the 5th of April 1986 in Ramat-Gan, Israel. Since childhood he was attracted to EDM, those banging beats and powerful basslines, combined with beautiful melodies, it was love at first sight. Hydrovibe began in Louisiana when vocalist Heather St. Marie began collaborating with guitarist Mat Dauzat to create a sound combining dynamic, guitar-driven rock with powerful and commanding vocals. Quickly experiencing great regional success in the South and Midwest, the band decided to branch out and relocate to the West Coast.
