Initially started in 1995 as a side solo project to Massachusetts based industrial project Zero Times Infinity, Deftly-D (a.k.a. David Dodson) evolved from an experimental noise and performance art project into an industrial act blending influences as disconnected as Asche, Eric B & Rakim, Massona, Test Dept, Meat Beat Manifesto and Venetian Snares. In 2007 Nau-Zee-auN was joined by multi-instrumentalist Andrew Grant (The Vomit Arsonist) and video and noise artist Jared Falcon (November 14) and began incorporating live video sample playing in their shows.
