Aeons of Eclipse came into existence August 2004 in Glasgow, Kentucky. The concept of the band was to create the darkest and fastest music possible. The original lineup of Scott Briggs (drums), Derek Boles, (guitar, bass), Ryan Meadows (vocals) and Ryan Morkulven (guitar, keys) quickly set out to record the demo "From Dark Distance" very soon after the band's conception. The sound featured a very stripped down and raw sound of what was to come, occasionally even being quite melodic while retaining a very distinct sense of darkness. Fungal Abyss is the psychedelic sister project of Seattle stoner metal heavyweights Lesbian. Fungal Abyss captures the band’s free-flowing improvisations under the influence of the sacred Teónanácatl mushroom, prized for centuries by Mesoamerican shamans for its perception-altering spiritual properties. .

Few is known from this band. Formed in 2006, Abyssmal Sorrow are a funeral doom/black metal band from Australia. Their theme is based on death, suicide, depression and misery. The band released two albums before they split in 2010. The first of which was a self-titled EP Abyssmal Sorrow in late 2007, and the second a full album entitled Lament in February 2008. Using natural sounds effect such as rain and thunder in their music, makes you feel sad. The music is deep, heavy, hypnotic, cutting, dissonant and distant: heavy soundscapes to end all hopes. .
