Es gibt 4 Bands mit dem Namen Tribute. 1. Die erste Band mit dem Namen war eine schwedische Progressive Rock Band aus Schweden, die 1982 von Gideon Andersson und Josef Rhedin gegründet wurde. Hierzulande wurde sie in den 80ern und 90ern durch vielzählige Live- und Festivalauftritte bekannt. Die orchestrale Formation veröffentlichte zwischen 1984 und 1991 drei Studioalben von denen die ersten beiden durch Pierre Moerlen gefeatured wurden. Ferner wurde 1990 die einzige Live Scheibe veröffentlicht. Stilistisch findet man in der Musik von Tribute Parallelen zu Mike Oldfield und Piere Moerlen's Gong.
