　　 BAAD,1992年成立，由主音山田恭司（山田恭二）、吉他手兼第二主音大田伸一郎为中心结成，后加入贝司手小林正道、鼓手新井康德，BAAD隶属ZAIN RECORDS（发行的碟上写的是ZAIN），但在Being的官网中BAAD在Other Label Artists里。乐队成立时由主唱山田恭二，吉他手兼和声大田绅一郎，贝司手小林正道，鼓手新井康德组成。山田恭二的声音很有特色，其本人也很有才能，但由于Being公司的其他乐队太优秀，BAAD被埋没了。93年2月17日，BAAD以どんな时でも Hold Me Tight一曲出道，同年12月1日BAAD在中国最为着名的君が好きだと叫びたい（灌篮高手主题曲）发行了,虽然是BAAD销量最好的单曲，外界评价非常高，但BAAD却没有因此走红 。1993年06月09日 发行由ZYYG、REV、WANDS、ZARD合唱的单曲《果てしない梦を》，目的很明显，Being想让已成名的WANDS和ZARD捧红刚出道的ZYYG和REV。这张单曲的和声阵容也很庞大，有TWINZER的主唱、山田恭二（BAAD主唱）、川岛だりあ等 。 　　在这张有着重要意义单曲发行的前后，BAAD参加了一些电视演出。山田退出后，秦秀树加入了BAAD这个群体，尽管秦秀树也不是省油的灯，但BAAD最辉煌的历史无疑是由山田写下的。1998年09月23日 BAAD发行最后专辑《B-SOUL》后解散。 .
