When - музыкальный проект норвежца Ларса Педерсена (Lars Pedersen). До своего главного детища Ларс играл в первой норвежской панк-группе Harverk (70-е), продолжил карьеру в индустриальном нью-вейв дуэте The Holy Toy (80-е), с этого же времени стал собирать и свой сольный материал материал для будущего 'When'.
Что же касается творчества самого 'When', то жанр можно определить как Авант-Прог слегка с Альтернативным оттенком. При прослушивании 'When', часто возникает чувство присутствия какого то холода - сквозняка, но при этом мелодии достаточно красивые. .
Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, Feiner was the frontman of Anywhen throughout the ‘90s, working with a core group of Mikael Andersson Tigerström on bass, Kalle Thorslund on drums, and Jan Sandahl on guitar. They released their debut LP, As We Know It, in 1993, and followed it with an eponymous album in 1996, produced by drummer and percussionist Michael Blair (Tom Waits, Elvis Costello).
