IMPURE was formed in 1994 and released their first album in 1997 under the name of "Acts of Contrition". This album was more Thrash/Death Metal oriented and did not have a lot of repercusion in the death metal scene. This album was released by "Sin Records" (Bilbao, SPAIN) and the current IMPURE line-up prefer not to have this album reviewed nor play songs of it anymore. During the same year (1997) the band split-up due to internal musical differences, so RAFA (guitar) took over responsibility for IMPURE's future. The Cavaliers from Mississippi released only one 45 under their own name, “Looking for Love” and “You Better Move On” on the Spot Light label in May 1966. "You Better Move On" is the Arthur Alexander song that the Rolling Stones covered. Violation of Trust, an Eindhoven (tne Netherlands) based hardcoreband, started in 1992, and had risen from the ashes of a band called Noise Reduction. After a few line-up changes, the band consisted of Marco Swaan (vocals), Koen van Horssen (guitar), Peter Trooster (guitar), Dirk van Stiphout (bass), and Sander van Baalen (drums/vocals).
