The Money Making Jam Boys are an emcee side project with The Roots' mic man Black Thought, long time Roots affiliate Dice Raw and relative new comers P.O.R.N, S.T.S, and Truck North. Little else is known about the group. Winter of 2007 they released a free mixtape entitled Dice Raw & The Money Making Jam Boys Present: The Antidote. In January of 2011, 10.DEEP partnered with the group to release The Prestige Mixtape as a precursor to Black Thought's debut solo album. .

Hello! We are Making Marks. We were once called mylittlepony, but then we became four people and changed our name. We have played hundreds of shows throughout Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Portugal, USA and Canada, including SXSW 2011 and other prestigious events. Our debut album ”Think Too Much” (2008) even won the award for Best International Album at Spain’s Premio Pop Eye in 2009, and was released worldwide. Founded in a dorm room by Sean Scanlon and Steve McCaffrey at Albany State, NY, Making April formed its unique sound by combining the use of piano and strings with their indie-acoustic background. Upon completion of their first tracks, they decided to acquire accompany musicians and long time friends Greg Federspiel and Tom Rebortine. After their initial studio session in March '05, MA was excited with its creations, but far from satisfied.
