Warren Vaché (born February 21, 1951) is a jazz trumpeter, cornetist and flugelhornist born in Rahway, New Jersey. He came from a musical family as his father was a bassist. In 1976 he released his first album. He has often worked with Scott Hamilton and has some popularity among swing audiences His playing has been described as lyrical, daring, warm and exciting. He has performed and recorded with such luminaries as Benny Goodman, Rosemary Clooney, Benny Carter, Hank Jones, Gerry Mulligan, Woody Herman, Ruby Braff and Bobby Short to name but a few. .

Vacher (1883-1969) is said to be the founding father of the bal musette style. His father bought him his first accordion when he was 10 years old, and he devoted his life to the instrument. A star in the 1930s, very few remembered him when he died, at the age of 86. .
