Pieter Koen grew up in Standerton South-Africa. He was a member of the Drakensberg Boys Choir. He studied at Pretoria Technicon where he was a member of the music group Rondomtalies. After studying Pieter joined some of the local community radio stations as a DJ. Pieter then went on as presenter of the television program "Kunskafee" and then an announcer of the hit Kyk-net series "Kwela".Pieter released his first album in 1997 "Run with me". Pieter William Kee (30 August 1927 - 25 May 2018) was a Dutch organist and composer. Born in Zaandam, Netherlands, Kee studied organ, piano and composition at the Amsterdam Conservatory, obtaining the Prix d'Excellence, and won first prize at the annual Haarlem International Improvisation Competition three times in succession (1953 to 1955). This was the start of a worldwide career as a concert organist. Kee taught at the Music Lyceum and Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam from 1954 until 1988, and at the Haarlem International Summer Academy for Organists. Piet Veerman (born Volendam, The Netherlands, 01 March 1943) is a Dutch singer and songwriter best known as the former frontman of The Cats. With The Cats (1966-1985) Veerman enjoyed stardom in The Netherlands and some chart success abroad, particularly in Belgium in Germany. After the demise of The Cats, Veerman started a solo career, which spawned another Dutch #1 single, 1987's Sailin' Home. .
