Monosodic is a one-man band formed by Marcos Hassan in Mexico City. The band's music style is of very harsh and noisy guitars played over fast programmed drum beats accompanied by throat-stretching voices ranging from high-pitched to low-growling and from whispered to screaming. Monosodic doesn't have lyrics to any of their songs; their song and album titles have been inspired by anything from philosophy books to TV teen dramas.
