Curtis DuBois Fuller (born in Detroit, December 15, 1934) is a United States jazz trombonist. Fuller's parents were Jamaican and died when he was young, so as a result he was raised in an orphanage. While in Detroit he was a schoolfriend of Paul Chambers and Donald Byrd, and also knew Tommy Flanagan, Thad Jones and Milt Jackson. After army service between 1953 and 1955 (when he played in a band with Chambers and brothers Cannonball and Nat Adderley), Fuller joined the quintet of Yusef Lateef, another Detroit musician. In 1957 the quintet moved to New York, and Fuller recorded...

BLOWN is Fr<>ze & Party Trash. I¢y shit. Power-pop hero Nick Rudd's first solo act, known as Blown, gave Parasol its first full-length release with Forever in 1993. Rudd didn't bother with veneer of a band name with his next solo album, 1999's One Track Mind. Nick also plays guitar for Weird Summer (Parasol-CD/009 and Parasol-CD012) and used to the frontman for Turning Curious. Turning Curious (later know as the B-Lovers) released a Mitch Easter produced album on Metro-America titled Soul Light Season in the mid-80s. At that time, Peter Holsapple said that Rudd's songwriting was among the best in...
Marianne Faithfull (born 29 December 1946 in London) is an English singer-songwriter and actress whose career spans more than four decades. Her early work in pop and rock music in the 1960s was overshadowed by her struggle with drug abuse in the 1970s. After a long commercial absence, she returned late in 1979 with the highly acclaimed album, Broken English. Faithfull's subsequent solo work, often critically-acclaimed, has at times been rather overshadowed by her personal history. From 1966 to 1970, she had a highly-publicised romantic relationship with Rolling Stones' lead singer Mick Jagger. She co-wrote "Sister Morphine", which is featured...
