HenzeL was formed in December of 2002. Starting out, they kept the band's existence a secret; even their first performance on December 20 at Takadanobaba Area was done in secret. The beginning of January 2003 saw the 'official' start of HenzeL, along with their first non-secret concert on January 13, again at Takadanobaba Area.
