There was a tree. It was taller than all of the others. It could see a very long way. The other trees were often jealous of what it could see. Still, the tree would tell them of the clouds it saw, of the birds in flight, of the city way off in the distance on the ridge. One day a bird came to rest in the tall tree's branches. A vocalist and lyricist with an ardent cult following, KatieJane Garside (born July 8, 1968) fronted the band Daisy Chainsaw and sang guest vocals for Test Dept.. She reappeared in the late 90s as the lead singer of Queen Adreena, an independent rock band from London.
