Ummagma is a Canadian-Ukrainian duo originally formed in Moscow, Russia in 2003. The EP LCD, released in September 2017 through Label Obscura (Canada) and Somewherecold Records, is full of lush melodic gems, including remixes by Robin Guthrie of Cocteau Twins and Dean Garcia of Curve and SPC ECO. Grounding and entrancing, Ummagma conveys the spirit of artists like Cocteau Twins, Stereolab and Broadcast, while remaining undeniably unique. Czech band playing rapcore with influences of the oriental music, metal, hardcore and many more. In 2005 they released a full-length 10-track album "Deja Vu", which received positive reviews. The line-up consists of traditional instruments plus turntables. Magma Hotel are known for being an intensive live act. After a line-up change in early 2008, the band is going to record a follow-up album in early 2009 .

Magma Waves are Ansgar, Dennis, Mantel & Josi, forming an instrumental post-rock band from Duisburg, Germany.
