Alternative countryrock/americana from Hemsjö, Sweden. The idea of Homelake was born in the autumn of 2003. After moving out to the countryside, David Fredriksson Nygård wrote a couple of songs that didn't fit in the rockband where he was singing at that time. So he formed a some kind of solo project who he decided to call Homelake. Homelake, Hemsjö in swedish, is the name of the village where he lives.
