Caroline (Caroline Lufkin) is a singer-songwriter from Okinawa, and the younger sister of Japan-based artist Olivia. She debuted in 2005 under indie label Temporary Residence Ltd. with the single "Where's My Love". Her first album, "Murmurs", was released in March 2006. Plastic Tree is an alternative rock band from Chiba, Japan that was formed in December 1993 by 有村 竜太朗 (Arimura Ryutaro) and Hasegawa Tadashi. Since then, the line-up has changed a few times before settling on Ryutaro on vocals, Tadashi on bass, Nakayama Akira on guitar and Satou Kenken on drums. Tadashi is the leader but most decisions are made as a group.

Kodaline is a Dublin-based Irish alternative rock quartet. Originally known as 21 Demands, the band made chart history in March 2007, when their debut single "Give Me A Minute" topped the Irish Singles Chart; becoming the first independently released track to achieve the feat.
