チョナン・カン (Chonan Kan) is the Korean "alter-ego" of Kusanagi Tsuyoshi of popular Japanese boygroup SMAP. Kusanagi, who is fluent in Korean, even has his own late night show featuring Korean guests and received an award for outstanding efforts towards intercultural exchange between Japan and Korea. His single "Ai no Uta - Chonmaru Sarangheyo" as Chonan Kan (both mean "song about love")was released on June 25th 2003 in both Japan and Korea. It remains the only single of this project to date. .
