JamPack (sometimes written Jam Pack) is a Contemporary Bubblegum dance project by bubblegum sensations Johnny Jam & Delgado. The success of JamPack was limited, their most successful song being "Love Dot Com" (or "Love.Com"), which was released as a single in 1998. A music video was also shot for the song. JamPack had one album release, "Inspiration", in 1998, which included 14 high-quality tracks (see discography below for more information). A CDM for "Love.Com" was released in 1998, and included 7 tracks. The lead vocalist of JamPack was Bee. .
The Spontaneous Music Ensemble (SME) was a loose collection of free improvising musicians convened beginning in the mid-1960s by the late South London-based jazz drummer/trumpeter John Stevens and alto and soprano saxophonist Trevor Watts. SME performances could range from Stevens-Watts duos to gatherings of more than a dozen players. One can loosely divide the group's history into two periods: the more horn-oriented earlier ensembles (typically with some combination of Watts, Evan Parker and Kenny Wheeler), and the later string-based ensembles with guitarist Roger Smith (who became as central to the second edition of SME as Watts was to the first)...
Spontaneo started as the brainchild of four college students in the fall of 2007. Dave, Mike, Eric, and Diego figured that with all the time they were spending not studying, they might as well write a few songs. What came later was a brand of heavily driven, and brutally honest pop that is both nostalgic, and fresh at the same time.
