DEUXVOLT is the meeting point of a sperimentation period that started in 2010 for 3 alternative musicians. The aim was to merge past and future with full power. After playing for years in various industrial, dark and goth projects, Olympia, Shade, Just (and Zerohm, collaborator) unite to create something new and refined, to give to themselves and to listeners a new kind of sensations. The project includes musical influences from gothic, techno, dance, ebm, industrial, classical music. Synthethizers and classical instrumens as piano, violin, harpsichord, dance together on an electrical pounding scenery. .

I had decided to travel the world. You see, I needed to find my muse. For no drought of ink, I realized I could wrest neither note nor phrase from my pen without this inspiration. So I tried, first, a period of seclusion in the Amazon rainforest. I tried a long walk atop the Great Wall of China. I even tried a week's stay in an Alaskan igloo. And though I thought I had given up there - frozen and alone in my kingdom of ice - I did find my muse at last. I found her in Paris, France....

Pas de Deux (Walter Verdin, Dett Peyskens and Hilde van Roy) were a Belgian band, best known for their participation in the 1983 Eurovision Song Contest, and the controversy surrounding their selection as that year's Belgian representatives.
