Leron Carson isn't the most well-known or prolific of Michigan house producers - his only official release to date is 2001's 'China Trax' on the Theo Parrish-split The 1987 EP - but he's nonetheless one of the most respected. He was a 15 year old kid playing around with drum machines and synth keys in 1987-88, when he produced the five tracks on 'Red Lightbulb Theory'. billcarson is a one-man, lo-fi electronic and ambient music project from Waterford City, Ireland. Formed in 2010 by artist Goocha McArdle (Steve) out of pure and utter boredom. billcarson creates mellow, multi-instrumental electronic and acoustic music while utilising the DIY and underground ethics of punk rock and independent music.
