Kaskade is the stage name for Ryan Raddon, a DJ/producer/remixer/artist who was born in Evanston, Illinois in 1972. He went to college at BYU Provo prior to serving a church mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Japan, and when he came back he transferred the University of Utah and lived in Salt Lake city Utah. Askatasuna are a ska-punk band from San Jose, Costa Rica. It started as a Garage band formed by Alonso Rodriguez (Guitar), Cesar Bustos (Bass) and David Ortiz (Drums)who met each other on weekends to play covers from their favourite latin punk bands such as 2 minutos and Attaque 77, they called this garage band "La trama" As soon as they found another guitarist and a vocalist they started writing their own lyrics, and called this new project "Askatasuna" which resembles Freedom in a basque word. She started her career as a dancer and singer in the State Ensemble Tanec in the early 1950s.
