Mounira Mitchala is a singer from Chad. She was awarded RFI’s "Découvertes" ("Discoveries") prize in 2007. She has recorded songs in Chadian Arabic and English, in a modern take on the sounds and rhythms of her native country. She also took part on Frédéric Galliano's 2005 album African Divas. Her first solo album, Talou Lena, was released on January 2008 on the Marabi Productions label. .

Klopka za pionira (also known as Trap for Pioneers, Trapola per Pioniere, and Falle für Pioniere) is a rock band from Southeast Europe based in Pancevo and Belgrade (Serbia). They have started in 2003 as a noise-rock band but evolved into a strange animal that always seeks new ways to evolve into something else (until it dies). The animal transcends the limitations of its rock roots by using mistreated electric and bass guitar, feedback, expressive voice, custom designed electronics, processed tapes, and various percussions. .

Niraj Chag is a London-based musical artist and composer. He is known for his musical style which mixes Indian classical influences with contemporary stylings and layered, complex beats. Niraj's tracks were initially released on the Outcaste record label, which also featured Nitin Sawhney and other British Asian artists such as Badmarsh and Shri in the late 1990's. He has written and produced his own album 'Along the Dusty Road' which was released in late summer 2006 on the Buzz-erk label. He is currently working on a new album for release in late 2008.
