There are two bands identified as "The Dilettantes".
1) A Rock band consisting of Joel Gion, Jefferson Parker, Nic Russo, KC Kozak and Nick Marcantonio. The Dilettantes will travel to England and France for a club tour in the Spring of 2008.
2) A Los Angeles Band fronted by Kay Hanley and Michelle Lewis. They are known for having a 'third' somewhat random guest player that has included Tracy Bonham, Nina Gordon, Leah Andreone, Kara DioGuardi, and Lisa Loeb.

Una de las bandas seminales de Buenos Aires en los 90's, Los Visitantes seguían la tónica tanguera que Palo Pandolfo supiera instaurar en Don Cornelio y la Zona en los 80's.
De los shows en pubs y discotecas, Los Visitantes se consagraron como Grupo Revelación de 1992, según el Sí de Clarín, y eso les abrió el camino a la grabación del primer álbum, "Salud Universal" (1993).
La repercusión de este trabajo los llevó a participar de la gira bautizada "Nuevo Rock Argentino" que pasó por Córdoba y Buenos Aires.
