German Black Metal band Nazarene Decomposing was founded by 'Sanguinarius' (Guitars) and St. Napalm (Bass) in Passau, Bavaria in 2004. They worked as a duo for almost two years before the inclusion of 'Goatlord' in May 2006 then 'Judas' and 'Ancient Blasphemic Tyrant' shortly after. In a short time a number of new tracks were written of which five were selected as the first demo called “Nazarene Decomposing”. Impaled Northern Moonforest is the "brainchild" of Anal Cunt members Josh Martin and Seth Putnam. At three o'clock one frostbitten morning of 1997 they were bored and decided to make a true (joke) Norwegian style black metal band. Impaled is a death metal band from Oakland, California. The bands name is an acronym, standing for: Impaled - Immoral Medical Practitioners And Licentious Evil-Doers. The band was founded by guitarist Sean McGrath in late 1996, who joined with drummer Raul Varela, guitarist Jared Deaver (formerly of Deeds of Flesh and Severed Savior) and bassist Ron Dorn to record their 1997 demo Septic Vomit.
