José Mauro recorded Obnoxious, an orchestral LP with the regency and arrangements of Gaya and all songs composed by him and Ana Maria Bahiana, in 1970, with the participation of a constellation of Brazilian stars of that time. Unfortunately, José Mauro has died in a car accident before the record commercial launching. .

Haroldo Mauro Jr. (Born 1949),is a jazz pianist, drummer and composer, began his music career at a very early age. When he was 11 years old, he studied trumpet, then acoustic guitar and drums. At age 15, he gave himself to performing jazz and Bossa Nova. .
