Cengiz Özkan (b. 1967 in Divrigi) is a Turkish musician and singer, playing baglama, and specialising in Anatolian traditional music. He completed his primary education in Istanbul, and went on to graduate from Istanbul Technical University State Musical Conservatory. He completed his M.Sc. at the Istanbul Technical University Institute of Social Sciences, in the Turkish Folk Music Department. Jožka Černý se narodil 14. března 1942 v Čejči. Dlouhá léta pracoval jako řemeslník, mechanik šicích strojů, umělecký kovář a automechanik. Už jako čtyřletý zpíval prezidentu E. Benešovi. První oficiální singl vydal jako osmnáctiletý. Jen s Brněnským rozhlasovým orchestrem lidových nástrojů natočil celkem 1200 písní.
