Shuttle found a home for his original sounds amongst the underground Boston musical scene. His unique live shows are now all but infamous within the tightly knit Basstown crew. Their all night parties fuel Boston’s underground music culture with Shuttle’s insatiable sounds and the thrill of no tomorrow at the forefront of every show. Shuttle’s music moved beyond the basements and clubs of the Boston scene and receives spins on Britain’s Radio 1. John Shuttleworth is a comedy character played by actor Graham Fellows. Shuttleworth is a retired gentleman, living in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. He composes tunes of profound philosophical importance (though he has been known, on occasion, to get "a little bit blue"). and performs them at the local sheltered accomodation. Shuttleworth has appeared in several radio and television series, as well as regularly performing live. Fellows has also performed as Jilted John. .

Shuttle358 (Dan Abrams) is among a new wave of artists bringing the aesthetic sensibilities of digital technologies to bear upon the styles of environmental space music first explored by the likes of Brian Eno, David Parsons, Michael Stearns, and Robert Rich. Abrams created quite a stir in the US minimal electronic scene with his debut release Optimal.lp in 1999 in which he seamlessly blended the soft sounds of ambient music with the granular aesthetics of modern digital minimalism.
