Flashback Alternatives is an internet radio station owned and operated by DJ Ed Fishman. Flashback Alternatives (FA) is a Classic Alternative Internet Radio Station playing mainly Classic Alternative music from the 70s and 80s. FA is based in Middletown, NJ, and has been broadcasting on the internet in one form or another since March 24, 1999.
FA is completely automated - running off of a combination of programmed music and listener requests 24x7 - with the only exceptions being our Specialty Shows each evening at 9pm (repeated at 12 midnight, and again on either Saturday or Sunday mornings - see the Show Forums for details - all times Eastern), and our FA Friday Nite Live show - which is, as you might have guessed, live. FA is part of the 1.FM Network. .
