Начинается как прекрасный приглушенный дрон в духе ранней Grouper, а после же переходит в эдакий своеобразный "размазанный" пост-рок, ну, или шугейз там, а временами альбом напоминает Expo '70. В общем, много всего, слушать интересно и не скучно.
В идейном плане это такое музыкальное переосмысление ночной жизни. Да, конечно, сколько их уже было, однако, Movements Of Night исполнен просто превосходно. Неторопливый приглушенный дрон звучит во всех треках этого альбома, он успокаивает даже если на передний план выходят грохочущие гитары, создающие прозрачную стену шума.
Заканчивается альбом вполне логично - светлая и добрая композиция, словно долгожданное утро символизирует смену времени суток. Movements Of...

The music of Pyramid Theorem has been influenced by the sounds of bands like Rush, Yes, Symphony X, Ozzy and Dream Theater. The quality of musicianship demonstrated by these bands has served to inspire and ignite a passion within each member to individually create their own brand of music, that when fused together, produces the original progressive metal/rock sound of Pyramid Theorem.
