"Benito Lertxundi was born in Orio (Gipuzkoa) 6th January, 1942 on The Wise Men's day. He is the eldest of 9 brothers and sisters from a large, modest family.
His family was not traditionally musical although they did enjoy singing on special occasions. Benito himself showed a greater interest in drawing rather than music, although he remembers how he liked listening to the local organist secretly and in silence. He didn't like the official teaching of the times, with an imposed language which was not his mother tongue. Once he had finished school he studied at the Fine Art's School...
The spanish rock group BENITO KAMELAS se caracteriza por hacer un Rock fresco, cotidiano y divertido pero lo mejor es su puesta en escena. En Diciembre de 1997 graban un Cd con seis cortes (QUE MÁS DA)y empiezan a moverlo sin ningún tipo de apoyo de ninguna compañía, promocionandolo en directo por capitales como Teruel, Zaragoza, Córdoba, Tarragona, Castellón, y Alicante.
Asombrados por haber vendido 1.500 copias (mano en mano y algún garito), empiezan a preparar temas nuevos y en Febrero, Marzo de 1999 graban un segundo Cd, más elaborado y con 12 temas, al que llaman "CAñAS Y BARRAS",...
Lee-Cabrera is an electronica & dance duo consisting of Steven Lee and Albert Cabrera. As with many such collaborations in the genre, the combo is apparently even more famous than its accomplished members. Although the exact date of the group's formation is unknown, the year thereof appears to be 2003.
According to Lee's MySpace page, however, the moniker is currently on hiatus as he works on solo projects. .
