Идея создания группы пришла давно, но точные границы создания «Dialectic soul», как конечной, единой группы - весьма размыты. Это напрямую связано с поиском постоянных, серьезно настроенных музыкантов, не страдающих от недостатка творческих идей. Поэтому только к 2001-2002 году стал прорисовываться окончательный (на тот момент)состав: Слава Знахаренко - гитара, тексты (баянист с двухлетним стажем); Александр Ключников (ех - басист российских групп «ЦК» и «Гравий» переехавший в 2000 году на ПМЖ из Мурманской области в Беларусь ) - гитара, бас, программирование барабанов; Александр Кравченко - вокал; Галина Кулицкая (единственная из группы с классическим музыкальным образованием)-клавиши.
