Эта метал-банда из Ганновера, основанная клавишником Ферди Дорнбергом и бас-гитаристом Ральфом Швертнером, начала свою деятельность в 1989 году. Всего за пару лет группа добилась неплохой концертной репутации и ею заинтересовались менеджеры "Accept". В 1991 году, когда вышел EP "Rough Silk", состав группы уже стабилизировался и кроме Дорнберга и Швертнера включал в себя вокалиста Яна Барнетта, барабанщика Герберта Хартмана и гитариста Хильмера Стааке. Немного погодя Accept помогли коллективу заключить договор, и музыканты под руководством Штефана Кауфмана отправились в небезызвестную "Dierks-Studios" записывать дебютную полнометражку. Альбом "Roots of Hate", получив очень лестные отклики, всё-таки не оправдал ожидания ни менеджеров, ни самой группы. Договор...

People ostensibly attend college to get an education. For red-hot rapper Dorrough, the schooling he received was a bit unexpected. The Dallas native enrolled at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas (about 50 miles Northwest of Houston) in order to walk on to the basketball team. Yet, in addition to his b-ball prowess, Dorrough was also an up-and-coming rapper, and while at Prairie View, he recorded the song "Do Tha Muscle" as a member of the group Prime Time Click. The high-energy tune became a sensation on the HBCU's campus and on Dallas radio, winning the Hometown Showdown...
