В Израиле Eyal один из законодателей моды, продал 150000 копий своих дисков за три года. Eyal Maoz is an Israeli born American guitarist, bandleader, solo performer and composer. His music is described as a synthesis of rock, jazz and avant-garde, tinged with deep electronic and radical Jewish-middle-eastern music. John Zorn is quoted as saying “A cutting edge guitarist who combines the harmonic lyricism of Bill Frisell with the angst and skronk of Marc Ribot…keep your eyes and ears on this guy...[Eyal is] a vital member of the New York downtown Scene.” He leads a number of original music ensembles including Edom, Dimyon, and Crazy Slavic Band. "Kambarkan" is fairly regarded as the most famous folk ensemble in Kyrgyzstan which is using people's ethnic music traditions with modern music. Founded in 1988 Ensemble Kambarkan has 25 members. It has visited many foreign countries representing cultural Kyrgyzstan and received numerous awards, including Toktogul's State Award. Its repertoire consists of traditional Kyrgyz music with different modern covers and also fragments from famous Kyrgyz epic "Manas". The ensemble's Artistic Director is Esengul Jumabaev.
