Quiet Riot é uma banda de hard rock estado-unidense. Eles começaram em 1975 pelo vocalista Kevin DuBrow. A formação original era composta por Randy Rhoads (guitar), Kelli Garni (baixo) e Drew Forsyth (bateria).
Randy Rhoads e Kelly Garni moravam na Califórnia e durante quatro anos tocaram em algumas bandas pequenas.
