Guardians is a five-piece group who formed in 2009 only as an afterthought. Recently they have been making their mark on Madison, Wisconsin where the band calls home. Guardians of Time was formed in 1997 when a handful of musicians drinking beer at the local metal pub came up with the idea to form a band. Their first demo landed them a record deal, and the debut album “Edge of Tomorrow” was released in 2001. The album received great reviews and the band made loyal fans all over the world. Hailing from the Midlands, 'Guardians of Dalliance' consists of James Mitton-Wade, Mike Hall and Sophie Perks. James had already established himself with Moving Shadow as part of the Essence of Aura trio (the other members being Ian Scott and Tim Grantham) who released 'Let Love Shine Through/So this is Love' (Shadow 61) which Omni Trio remixed (Shadow 61R). Jack Starr came on to the Rock / Metal scene in 1982 when he was selected by Mike Varney of Guitar Player magazine to appear on his compilation record entitled U.S.Metal Volume 2.
