Shiho Niiyama (March 21, 1970 – February 7, 2000) was a Japanese seiyuu (voice actress). Some of her more famous roles include Seiya Kou/Sailor Starfighter in Sailormoon, Deedlit in the TV version of Record of Lodoss War, Suou Takamura in CLAMP School Detectives, Rie Shibusawa in Battle Skipper, and Kimiko Ayanokouji in Debutante Detective Corps/Ojousama Sousamou. She was diagnosed with leukemia in 1998, and passed away from internal bleeding following pneumonia in 2000 at the age of 29. .
