Solar Plexus was a Swedish prog group, formed in 1969 by Mr and Mrs Carl-Axel Dominique and Monica Dominique together with Georg Wadenius and Tommy Borgudd from Made In Sweden. At first they called themselves Baska Drops but later changed its name to Solar Plexus. When Wadenius continued to Blood, Sweat and Tears (1972-1975), he was replaced by Bosse Häggström. .
There´s more than one band called Plexus. This one is a heavy metal group founded on 2000 in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
With Marcelo Martins on guitar/vocals, Ricardo Sobrinho on the bass and Iassa Lima on drums, they released till now two albums (plexus, from 2003 and lifecycles from 2006).

Plexus Solaris was a slovenian new wave band from Koper (Slovenia, former Yugoslavia) active between 1984 and 1989. Original band members were: Andrej Marušič (vocals, guitars), Ksenija Benedetti (keyboards), Marko Filli (keybaords), Robert Rakar (drums), Dimitrij Žbona (bass) and Aleksander Zadel (tam tam). .
