Coming from the misty mountains of the extreme south of Brazil, PATRIA is one of the most imminent Black Metal bands in South America today. Forged in 2008 by the multiinstrumentalist Mantus and the vocalist Triumphsword, both veteran musicians from the local Black Metal bands Mysteriis and Thorns of Evil. BIOGRAPHY Clapatria is a metal/rock band with the base in Malmö, Sweden. Our music is emotional and sometimes heavy, all embraced by a touch of melancholy and a dark atmosphere. Cuban guitarist and singer Eliades Ochoa was born in Cuba on June 22, 1946. He started playing the guitar when he was only six years old. He began his professional career as a singer in the band 'Cuarteto Patria', but playing at the 'Buena Vista Social Club' gave him worldwide fame.
