Happy Days é um recente projeto formado por Morbid (uma figura conhecida dentro da cena DSBM, que já participou de vários projetos importantes, tais como Deep-Pression, Nostalgie, Transitus Mortalis, Secretly in Pain, etc..) nos vocais, guitarra e teclados, e por Karmageddon na bateria e percussão. Musicalmente, a banda realiza um trabalho sujo, porém bem feito. A temática lírica é relativa ao negativismo, misantropia, depressão, e até um pouco de sarcasmo, como o nome sugere. .
