Projeto nascido em 2010, tem como integrantes Trent Reznor, líder do Nine Inch Nails, e sua esposa, Mariqueen Maandig, da banda West Indian Girl e Atticus Ross, que já trabalhou anteriormente com Trent Reznor na sua principal banda,o NIN. Além disso, a parte fotográfica da banda também está sendo realizada por um colega de longa data do NIN, Rob Sheridan.
