Victory é uma banda de Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, surgida em Germany (Hannover, Lower Saxony), na década de 80. Foi formada EM 1984, a partir de remanescentes da banda Fargo. O baixista Peter Knorn, os dois violinistas Tommy Newton John e Bernie Lockton e o baterista Van de Graaf, todos tinham trabalhado juntos anteriormente
na banda. Foram apadrinhados por ninguém menos do que Rudolph Schenker da banda Scorpions.
