AM Conspiracy is a hard rock band from Orlando, Florida. The group most notably features ex-Drowning Pool frontman Jason "Gong" Jones

History
In early 2007, AM Conspiracy signed with the independent record label Corporate Punishment and began work on their first release with co-producer and engineer Rae DiLeo (Filter and Army of Anyone.) Shortly after signing, the band parted ways with the label and released a four-song EP entitled Out of the Shallow End.

Two of the tracks off the EP ("Absence" and "Far") have already been featured in regular rotation on XM Satellite Radio's SquiZZ, Europe's Kerrang!, and various FM stations across the US. "Right On Time" (another track off the EP) and "Welt" (previously unreleased) were part of the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 soundtrack.

AM Conspiracy is currently signed to Burnhill Union Records. They are recording their full length record with Chris Wisco of Belle City Sound, WI. The album is due out in September 2009.
