From the dark corners of Umea in Northern Sweden comes 6th Awakening. With core sounds of Death /Black /Doom, they have created a name for themselves on the Metal scene for over 14 years. The band's participation in the Demons of the Opera, a collaboration with the Norrland Opera Symphony Orchestra and their frontwoman is what gives them their distinctive touch.
The demonic vocalist Luisa Vilevik (formerly known as Lovisa Lundmark) and the duo behind the guitar wall, Robert Arnlund and Mathias Harnerud have been writing songs together for over a decade.

The history of the band's gigs range from the pub scene to large venues, one of Sweden’s largest music events; Sweden Rock Festival, Metal Fest Open Air Croatia and EXIT Adventure Festival in Serbia, to name a few. Spreading songs like Tier, Raw and Solem to those who appreciate heavy, melancholic and dark sounds.

In connection with new formations of the band, the style of music has hardened over the years and has become straightforward, proudly culminating in the band’s brand upcoming album Hamn. Released in cooperation with Serbia-based Tmina Records in 2015. With the full-length Psycho Path (2012), the EP Järtecken (2014), a bunch of demos and a new EP Hamn coming up, the band is ready to hit the stage within and beyond Sweden's borders. .
