The seminal Deathrock legend that is now spoken of and world renowned as ''Astrovamps'' oddly enough began it's arcane journey in 1989 as ''The Babydolls,'' a well coiffed miniskirt wearing mob who were the precursors and innovators of a then thriving Hollywood Glam/Punk scene in Los Angeles, United States which also boasted the likes of ''Stars From Mars'', ''Glamour Punks'', ''Kommunity FK'' and ''December Flowers.'' In December of 1990 an Epiphany of sorts intervened inspiring founding members Daniel Ian Essex (Guitar, Vocals) and Eyajo Joseph (Keyboards, Lyrics) to plumb the depths of their naturally vampiric natures and regroup as "Astrovamps"-a...
