McMaNGOS first started out as a YouTube Pooper in August of 2007, which is about the time he started making YTPMVs. Over the years, he's been attempting to make more music by other means as well. He released music on a few compilation albums before his first solo album, Mick Mangles in March of 2010 on the Breakbit web label. Since then, he's primarily been producing mashcore, breakcore, and other forms of hardcore electronic music. .
