There are at least six bands who have recorded under the name Colors.
1) Now defunct Denver, Colorado based dissonant hardcore group that formed in June of 2008. In August of 2010, they recorded nine of the songs that they had written in the two years prior, eight of which were released as 'Palindromes'. After a lineup change that October, they briefly adopted a new moniker and began working on new material before permanently disbanding in March of 2011. HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR powstał na Okinawie. Ich historia rozpoczęła się z MEG i SASSY którzy założyli zespół coverujący Metallicę. Po pewnym czasie, Kazuto, mACKAz oraz Yuusuke dołączyli do nich aby stworzyć nowy zespół o nazwie Anti-nobunaga, który zaczął grać własne kompozycje podczas różnych festiwali.
Anti-nobunaga bardzo szybko stał się popularny na wyspie i w 2003 roku wziął udział w dorocznej imprezie zorganizowanej przez wytwórnię Spice Records, która wypromowała inny miejscowy zespół: Orange Range. Wspaniałe przyjęcie przez fanów pozwoliło im wziąć udział w składankowym albumie Okinawa 2003 w tym samym roku.

True Colors to belgijski zespół straight edge hardcore prosto z Antwerpii założony przez ex gitarzystę Justice i wokalistę Building . Wystartowali w 2004 roku. 22.05.2010 to data ich pożegnalnego koncertu, jednocześnie premiery ich pożegnalnej epki "Consider It Done".

Fourcolor is Keiichi Sugimoto's solo project founded in 1998. Keiichi is one half of the electronica duo Fonica, one quarter of the electro-acoustic group Minamo, and also releases under the alias FilFla. He is the mastermind behind the Tokyo-based label Cubic Music and a producer of soundtracks for the Japanese experimental filmmaker Jun Miyazaki.
In his solo project Fourcolor, Keiichi uses computers, field recordings and laptop processed guitars, accentuating gradually evolving shades of sound that shift constantly in tone, in note, in colour and resonance, and which float along in warm, subtle and perplexingly complex, translucent movements.
