The Temperance Seven were formed at the Royal College of Art in 1957. Despite its name, the Temperance Seven usually had nine members. The lead vocalist was Paul MacDowell. They had a British number 1 hit in 1961 with "You're Driving Me Crazy", which was produced by George Martin. Other noted songs were "Charley My Boy", "Pasadena", "Sugar" and "Chili Bom-Bom". Temperance is born from musicians with more than 10 years of experience in the heavy metal music scene, who already worked with and supported live acts like Rhapsody of Fire, Dragonforce, Parkway Drive, Leave's Eyes, Rage and already played several shows in some of the most important European festivals. An amazing mixture of tight guitars, metal riffs, electronics tracks and folk music's elements, bounded together and enslaved to melody and power. The Temperance Movement jest brytyjskim zespołem blues-rockowym założonym przez urodzonego w Glasgow wokalistę Phila Campbella oraz gitarzystów Luke'a Potashnicka (ex-Rooster oraz Ben's Brother) i Paual Sayera.
