BOTTOM powstaje w marcu 1995 roku. Z pierwszego skladu pozostal tylko JANEK (perkusja) i GIGOL (wokal). W kwietniu 1997 roku BOTTOM nagrywa 4-utworowe demo STRACHNESS. Demo zbiera pozytywne recenzje w prasie podziemnej i w jednym z numerow magazynu METAL HAMMER, co owocuje kolejnymi koncertami z min. Necrophobic, S.O.S, Iscariota, Psychoneurosis, Brynhead, Sepsis, Brudy, Norell, Bronx i wieloma innymi. Latem 1997 roku zespol zawiesza dzialalnosc. Dopiero w maju 2002 roku GIGOL i JANEK rozpoczynaja wspolprace z nowymi muzykami. Czlonkami zespolu BOTTOM zostaja gitarzysci LASKI (z death-metalowego HELLSPAWN) i MALY oraz basista MAJA. Bottom of the Hudson is an indie rock group originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. The group later moved to Brooklyn, New York, and then to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where they are currently located. Bottom of the Hudson is the brainchild is singer/songwriter/guitarist Eli Simon, who released the debut album, The Omaha Record, in 2003. Simon played all the instruments on the album, and had a hand in mixing it.
